Hi Sharon and Armand!
Eureka! I have made a discovery! Getting healthy takes planning, work and dedication. The good news is I excel at the planning stage. In fact, I took the “Four-Get-Fit” program and thought, “Wow, this is really great. The Four Get Fit program is planned out and all I have to do is (in the words of a famous advertising campaign) just do it!”
The bad news is that by the time I finish planning (or reading an exercise plan) I feel like I have accomplished something and stop. Obviously, just thinking about it does not produce results and can be frustrating. Then I get busy again and forget about it.
Changing the status quo is the most challenging part of any fitness program. I realize my challenge is to commit to a program and make a permanent lifestyle change. But how? How do I get started now that I have a program?
I am truly excited by the Four Get Fit program, however, I was unable to fully start this week. In the last seven days, I celebrated two birthdays(I just turned 26 and my little sister turned 20). Needless to say, there were delicious meals and lots of cake. I decided to just let myself eat what I wanted, when I wanted, for whatever reasons I wanted as an experiment. I noticed that I do little to no planning of my foods, and I don’t plan exercise into my schedule.
There are reputable, cheap and good internet drugstores. Online pharmacy no prescription needed helps out you prevent pricey errors when you buy no prescription remedies and medications online from a shop.
